Shipping scope and pricing

CanEduDev ships products worldwide from its office in Sweden.
Unless otherwise stated for specific products, the following flat‑rate shipping fees apply per order:

  • Within Europe: €20

  • To the United States: €40

  • Other regions: shipping is quoted individually based on destination and carrier.

These flat rates apply only to standard products (“Other products”) and do not apply to Rover units, which are subject to separate shipping terms as set out below.

Minimum order value for any shipment is €20 excluding shipping charges. Orders below this amount will not be accepted or processed.

Handling time and time zone

For standard products, orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–5 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment, with a maximum handling time of one week.
Order handling and cut‑off times follow Central European Time (CET/CEST), corresponding to the local time at the CanEduDev office in Mölndal, Sweden.

Transit times (standard products)

For standard products, indicative transit times after dispatch are:

  • Within Sweden: approximately 1–3 business days

  • Within Europe: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Outside Europe (including the United States): approximately 5–14 business days

All transit times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances beyond CanEduDev’s control.

Rover products – shipping and lead time

Rover units are larger, heavier and often custom‑configured products, and therefore have different shipping conditions than standard products.

  • Standard flat‑rate shipping fees (€20 within Europe, €40 to the United States) do not apply to Rover.

  • Shipping costs for Rover (including choice of packaging such as cardboard box or rugged case) are calculated individually and will be specified in the quotation and/or order confirmation.

Rover products also have longer production and preparation lead times than standard products.

  • The estimated production lead time for Rover is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation, excluding transport time.

  • The exact delivery schedule for Rover will be agreed in writing in the quotation or order confirmation and may depend on component availability and production capacity.

Shipping conditions

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs‑related charges in the destination country.

  • If the customer chooses a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered, CanEduDev is only obliged to refund the cost of the standard option in case of any refund of shipping charges.

  • Risk for the goods passes to the customer when the shipment is handed over to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

  • If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, non‑collection, or refusal to pay duties or fees, CanEduDev may charge the customer for return costs and any re‑shipment costs.
